As a result of the agreements with the EU (and their own stupid referendum result) I think the Swiss are stuck with the same rules on movement as us McQ.
Bringing over the family might not be so bad if some did not bring over everyone else's as well. The missus had some Bangladeshis at her school, every time the parents went home they brought back another few "offspring". Think there were about 33,947 in the family at last count.

I reckon the Rochdale Swamp Donkey is really miffed... she didn't even have to go to the effort of actually having the kids to get all that dosh for ciggies and bingo....
We could learn a lot from these immigrants. If only there was another country on the planet stupid enough to give money away...
Pull out of the EU... form trade agreements like the Swiss do... flat taxation... zero net immigration / emigration. And immigration to be based on the ability to contribute, learn English, abide by the law, and an extended probationary period before citizenship is granted, with no 'bringing over the family' until you finally hold a UK passport.

Have you lot of stingey barstewards learned nothing about the principles of "fairness" in the last 9 years of New Labour enlightenment?
For pete's sake, it is probably all our imperialist fault that they are all poor in the first place. Only fair that we all go to the wall now getting them back on their feet isn't it?

All migrants should only be allowed in to the country to work.
Bollox to all that refugee crap, wtf should an Afghani come all the way to the UK to seek refuge fook off to Pakistan or India or one of the other near by states.
Depending on the amount contributed in NI and TAX terms, the migrant should be entitled to x amount of benefits from the govt, once that has been used up, either take what ever job is around or please leave.

Maybe they actually do have children, and it is only racist scare mongerers that say they don't.
ermm.... then surely proving that they are their children is a reasonable expectation before handing over the money? I have no problem with people getting child allowance when they have children, but it is clear that the system is open to exploitation (by those that don't), so surely it needs reform?

No-one should be able to get child allowance money from the government for children they don't have. Surely noone is going to disagree with me about this!?!?

I disagree. How am I supposed to support my 257 children without the £46,892 pounds a week I receive in child support money?
Well?

Originally posted by RuprectThats as may be, but question being should they be able to claim family allowance from the government for non existent children? I say No.
