Make or break trip this one for me. Had an horrendous quarter struggling to hire. Have 3 in the pipeline. One will probably start the day after i plan to go home in two weeks. Fooking HR! The second all agreed had been held up in a budget fight between IT and Sales and the third is also being blocked by HR over a bun fight concerning drugs test. So 3 in situe, 2 blocked, 4 more still to hire. All have to be US based. Grrrr.
