    Not been involved in a real disaster project for years.

    Used to love that old management trick of getting you all in a room and then asking what is going wrong, then watching everyone blame each other, management would then have a big list of people to blame when they got asked what was going wrong.

    Don't know why everyone used to fall for that, when management ask you what is going wrong ask them and tell them they are running the show.
