    I seem to remember 6-8 months ago a massive Police campaign to recruit ethnic minorites - they didnt say which ones - but im sure if you mentioned you were a member of a small islamic fundamentalist group in a wheel chair and was gay youd probably be a superintendant by now. Or wearing an ornage jumpsuit - I cant remember which
