A bit behind the times, or? Most cities and towns already have such techie tulip in place, whether it works or not, whether it is used or not, are another question.

wouldn't it be better if they had an app which showed the 'weegies which booze shop has the best deal on tennants super strength and tied that into the app to show which is the best bus/train to get there?
