Driving daughter back to Uni on Sunday. Catching up with work on Saturday (I've been too lazy recently, one problem with WFH).

Start training again this weekend, weather looks to be set fair.
Otherwise, the kids and I will be ooot and aboot on the Rhynes on the canoes, probably chuck in a 15 miler with the kids, and try and clean the body out.
Food wise, lots of nice fresh lean meat with fresh veg. Body is screaming out for some love this weekend.

I do not know what was happening at Bridgewater so it might be the same! The one I was going to go to was at Lyndhurst though.

However, that looks infeasible as both of my kids are unwell so it looks like I will be at home, watching TV and doing my Insanity DVDs in the evening when everyone else has gone to bed.

My daughter is visiting; going to see The Hobbit, swapping some halogen light fittings for LEDs and fitting a new drive belt on the lathe.
You?
