    Dry January Report

    Well I stayed dry all January, went on a diet as well and have lost 9lb. Having a family Chinese take-away this evening and might have a cheeky glass of wine.

    Still going to diet for another month or two as I need to lose another 10lb but am very pleased.

    I saw this thread and hoped it was a long term weather forecast.

    Most months are dry, Im not one of those weak people who must have a drink (its called addiction) though this will be my first xmas ever, where I can have a drink as Im not driving anywhere.
