Lucky they didn't get this idea with LOTR - they could have dragged that out for 3-4 films per book if they tried hard enough!

Few quid extra to have to wear crappy glasses just for one or two moments where someone pops out of the screen. No thanks.
And my son (aged 9) usually gets a tit-full of the glasses after about 10 mins and ends up watching in blur-o-vision anyway.
2D every time for me.
