Contacted the card company and holding Floors2Go for non-delivery of goods (30 days has passed).
Should I take them to court as well (I'd love to do that) or would that not work since I already contacted Bank.

So stop moaning and threatening, do it. Worst case, you cause them the hassle of fighting it and it costs you £30 in court costs.
