CEO says ''Het is pijnlijk om vandaag zulke maatregelen te moeten aankondigen'', or 'it is painful to have to announce these measures today'. Painful, sure, you lying piece of tulip. With fractional reserve banking the only way forward is ever increasing money supply. Which goes via the city. Destroy that and you will bring the whole country down.
