He is a diver isn't he.

But the game rewards divers. We are one of only a few nations of fans to consider conning the ref to be cheating, so don't expect much to be done about it.

World cup qualifying games are like the xfactor. A tedious drawn out farce, where everyone knows who's going to qualify before a ball is kicked.

England, Scotland, Wales, Ireland etc are third rate under achievers and will remain so for the foreseeable future.

England have 0.0% chance of winning in Brazil. They're a bunch of overpaid losers.

I'm not sure San Marino are that good!

Our disappointing result was home to Ukraine.

    Pointless match really.
    Of course it wasn't disastrous!

Why are you comparing us with Germany? They aren't in our group and have no relevance to us.

Ukraine are, however, and they failed to win in Moldova. That was a far worse result.

I listened to a few minutes of the TalkSport phone-in after the game, but became exasperated by listening to thick people.

Obviously one wouldn't expect any plaudits for an average performance that just about did the job expected, but I learned from the thickies that it was in reality a disaster, and one chap even criticised England for "playing like Spain" and trying to keep possession of the ball.

I had to switch off and have a nice cup of tea instead. And a digestive biscuit.
