    Just a delaying tactic, Once it's seen as baseless, he'll be off on the next plane.

    Unless they can get a private prosecution going, on the base that English law precedes US/International law i.e. he will have to be tried here first.

    Some talk of a judicial review as well.

    With the Ahmad extradition, isn't some businessman putting together a private prosecution of Ahmad, in order he can't be extradited? Is there a prioritised order for this or something, e.g. if you have a private prosecution ongoing against you, can you not be extradited? Surely only a delaying tactic mind?
