    The point was made in the video. There was no two thirds majority on the vote even though it was done three times.

    Regarding Jerusalem, it is part of the occupied territories therefore the UN does not recognize it as the capital hence, foreign embassies are located in Tel Aviv

    I was quite surprised to find that Jerusalem isn't considered the capital of Israel. I would have thought such decisions were to be entirely left to the choice of the country itself.
