I have declined to comment on this issue as I have a conflict of interest.
Or in other words I am interested in conflict and have lowered myself to join in.
What I think is funny in the original post - if that this woman is either just really angry and nasty drunk and just wants to be as offensive as possible to loads of people [the same type as the tramp or hangs around stations telling everyone to fouwck off] , or is a real racist. The type that people think only white people can be.
I reckon the law will get her, just to show its deisgned to protect everyone. Not just to prevent immigrants from being abused by us natives.
It's funny though - I've never experience racism the other way round first hand. Have spent a lot of time in africa, and people over there are friendly and welcoming. Though they do try to charge you more in the first instance - if you speak a bit of the language and tell them your not a tourist you'll get the same price as the locals pay. So it's not racism trying to rip you off, just cheeky profteering on non rsidents. They'd be just as happy to rip of someone from the USA sharing the same colour of skin.
I laughed when my first black girlfriend said to me "Once you try black there ain't no going back". I didn't understand at the time what she meant. But now I do... . My last 4 girlfriends in the UK have been black, 2 african, 2 british but of caribbean descent, and my god they get abuse all the time. I'd have never thought it in this day and age, but it happens. Everything from being spat at getting off a bus, being told by a customer they wouldn't eat the food since it had been served by them and so on, and having neighbours comment in the local shop "My god they are F***ing everywhere". The worst is still to call someone the N word in an offensive way. It's really the lowest of the low and my ex was reduced to absolute tears. Its the fact that someone would use the word specifically to offend her - that upset her so much.
The worst offenders seem to tbe the elderly - who've been around since it was ok to use this type of language and be a racist, and younger lets say, less well off members of society, who feel that other people have taken their jobs and its not their lack of effort or work ethic that is preventing them from gaining or staying in employment.
I did think the angry woman was onto something when she said everyone wants to be black with their bum implant and big lips and sun tan though. I think she means everyone in the TV, music and porn industry though. Not the general population. Though what starts on TV tends to spread. I'm sure it won't be long till every teenager wants not just a boob job, but Nicki Minaj bum & lips. Heck even I fancy getting some bum implants. Though I'd be more interesrted in the hair extensions given my current lack thereof.
