    As others have said this could be linked to you finding out that others are paid more than you.

    Maybe you feel you are better than them and you are acting out. Your ego is damaged you are trying to belittle them to make yourself feel better.

    From the outside this does not look good, it is more likely you will be shown the door. Maybe you need to talk to someone.

    You do get these odd types who like to give everybody else orders, even when they are in charge of jack tulip, instead of concentrating on doing their own job properly. Luckily I'm very good at replying with "have you done XYZ yet". O just "piss off" if I'm in that sort of mood.
