<Dr. Phil>Originally posted by BusinessAnalyst2012 View PostHave had a couple of issues with one of the other contractors on the team who we will call Bill. Basically he is the junior business analyst and general dogsbody.
Question is, should I raise it with HR and try and get him removed, or just say "not my problem" and accept that some people are lazy/volatile.
As others have said this could be linked to you finding out that others are paid more than you.
Maybe you feel you are better than them and you are acting out. Your ego is damaged you are trying to belittle them to make yourself feel better.
From the outside this does not look good, it is more likely you will be shown the door. Maybe you need to talk to someone.

Actually I'm warming to this sockie - the bit where it asks if joining a union affects it's IR35 status.
That's genius.

Please mods can we keep this one. I'll feed and water it, promise.

There are always idiots who like to "play boss" i let them get on with it and do my job. I dont see the point of challenging them, it causes friction which does not bode well at renewal time

I don't know. From the tone, it could be someone who's known to be not a jew.

Oh not you again. I thought you would have gone back to your C++ books to refresh what I was explaining to you the other day. You <removed>Originally posted by SupremeSpod View PostOh FFS!

You do get these odd types who like to give everybody else orders, even when they are in charge of jack tulip, instead of concentrating on doing their own job properly. Luckily I'm very good at replying with "have you done XYZ yet". O just "piss off" if I'm in that sort of mood.
