Iron man is (2.4 miles (3.9 km) swim, 112 miles (180 km) ride, and a full marathon: 26.2 miles (42.2 km) run)
So its not even a half iron man.
The club I belong to are going to see the triathlon - but I won't be joining them. Partly as I want to train and partly I am unsociable - I prefer to be on my own.
Though I find watching the swimming helpful - the underwater shots are incredible.

The 2012 Olympic 'cauldron' is a too arty farty and ponsy for my liking
I'd prefer a nice big solid granite thing, e.g.
but bigger and the gas pipes would be hidden. Or perhaps to look like a flaming torch of old.

At least Coe could have admitted he fooked up on seating.
Its like listening to Labour on the economy.

It was actually the truth about this country in the last two or three hundred years told in a big, dynamic way.

Speaking at the Olympic Park, Mr [Boris] Johnson said: "It wasn't global 'Brito-pap'. It wasn't just Big Ben and Beefeaters and red buses and stuff. It was actually the truth about this country in the last two or three hundred years told in a big, dynamic way.
"People say it was all leftie stuff. That is nonsense. I'm a Conservative and I had hot tears of patriotic pride from the beginning. I was blubbing like Andy Murray.
