We have read BP's thread, but this is just a crap parody of it the fact that aussielong had to post something (the 5:30 comment) in both threads just for people to link them. Parody threads should be subtle and natural or just completely over the top!

If the day finishes then you stop what you're doing and continue the next day. I don't believe in the staying until it's all working except under exceptional circumstances.

I always have other stuff on the side and unless it is mission critical to get something finished before leaving then I will leave when I want to

Some of the team members have businesses on the side. At 5.30 they are out of the door. I've just been left with code that does not work. "C ya" was all I got on messenger from this little sh1t.

Total lack of commitment. No pride in doing a proper job. No integrity.

Who is the mug here? I have no doubt it is me. I'm furious while he's swanned off to do his real work.
