My 80 year old mum says the buses in East London are all delayed because of the Olympics already as it took her 90 minutes to get from Woodford to Redbridge yesterday. If my mum says it, it must be true.

Of course Wales doesn't need an airforce as long as England's got one. This helicopter has no civilian use, it is just there for war. Wales does not need war-planes!

Yet. Red face time if you break down and the UK grinds to halt, causing upteen £millions in lost productivityBut a Highways Agency spokesman denied reports that there had been "32-mile queues". He went on: "The delays were a long way from west London and traffic in the area of the Games Lane was no worse than it is on any normal Monday morning."
