It may not be his fault that he got corrupted. But now he is corrupted, surely he needs to be put out of other people's harm's way.

I might add that Selwood retired on a full pension.
He was responsible for stopping alot of fathers having contact with their children - no doubt as such children are more likely to be abused.

Ah, having read the article in full I think its overhyped a bit.
It's still awful, but he wasn't spared a jail sentence, he was never going to get one because of his age.
