MF ran out of money and had to hitch hike across a really rural part of America

His bum is now sorer than mine was after that bike ride.

The salt from the Caribbean Sea and the exhaust fumes from Havana have all been showered away and my bronzed body now gives off a fragrant mix of the Deet, SPF-30 and Havana Club it's been marinading in.

So. What have I missed this past fortnight?
