in the past 30 years I have only ever had 2 job interviews, both positions I'd been headhunted for so they had to convince me to work there, and I let them know That at the start of the interviews and kept the ball in my court by interviewing them and demonstrating that I Knew what I was talking about.

Both positions I took. the first with a £15,000 rate rise after I had been there 12 weeks. the second I'm still in.

Always go in with confidence, and guide the interviewers where you want them to go that best demonstrates your experience and/or capabilities.

I used to be like that, but I changed when I moved to a place that has better weather.

I soon learnt that an early start meant I could scarper earlier and enjoy pavement cafes, restaurants or even my own garden during daylight hours.

Do you think that being a permie role your sub-conscious was taking over?

Seems personality is not required in work any more.

I haven't turned up at 9.00 for anyone since 1997 let alone earlier...
I am profane in the worst possible tones.
First questions I ask are about the money honey and the car allowance.

If an employer cant deal with my normal personality for an hour, I am sure as hell, not going to last a week in the job.

If people need to be told those things by a newspaper we're all screwed.

How many of these 10 have you committed?

10 things not to say in a job interview | Money | guardian.co.uk

Once I was late for an interview - got stuck on tube. I apologized and got the job.
Swearing - I regularly swear in interviews. I must try not too.
Uniforms - I did once refuse to wear the uniform in a gay bar. But they let me have the job anyway.

AS usual ith my posts, there is at least 1 lie in there......
