Just off the top of my head, what about being:
    - A pornstar
    - Party planner/greeter
    - Caretaker of exotic islands (like that one a while back in AUS)
    - Food/beer tester
Why do the p0rnstar as a spare time thingy.

A friend once reckoned the world's best job was ticket inspector on Swiss Railway. Everyone respects you, no trouble. And at the end of each journey no-one says "why have you not inspected my ticket?". Your problems just melt away.

Some funny comments from software people on the bottom of that article!

I guess a lot of people on here would disagree with #1 ranking of Software Engineer. I think to know whether ITs really bad, you have to have done another completely different career for a few years ...

The people who I have met that have done this, crossed over from (say) trading into software development..all say IT is great. Another guy who I worked with used to be a nurse, he says the same ... IT work is a piece of cake with great perks and working environ.

I think the problem for a lot of ITers is that they started off as hobbyists. They have mixed business and pleasure badly.

Looking at the source survey for the article, one gets the impression that the whole thing could just be PR fluff designed to get the (ir)responsible recruitment company some meejah attenshun.

Of course when I say "could", I mean "is"; and when I say "just be", I mean "obviously".

Ewww no. I cant watch penetrative porn at all, hate men in porn. Much prefer solo stuff.

However I wouldnt mind doing it myself so long as I didnt have to watch it back.

    - A pornstar
High risk of infection plus piracy has taken the profit out of it.

    - Party planner/greeter
Would involve having to pretend to like everyone and be constantly happy

    - Caretaker of exotic islands (like that one a while back in AUS)
Rare as hens teeth and if the job went then its unlikely you'll get another one like it

    - Food/beer tester
Very specialised and definitely a no-no if you smoke

Spent two weeks mucking around with a chainsaw and axe in a friends forest a wee while ago, great fun but not a potential career move.

Mix IT and music as I do and in my opinion I have the best possible job. Getting paid to do what started as hobbies is just brilliant
