Yes it's ok. Not only is it ok, it should be in a sticky at the top of Business/Contracts and being discussed in the House of Commons and featured in the press on a regular basis.

Expressing the opinion that workers from outside the EU are being brought in under (mostly) false pretenses to take jobs which should be going to British or EU citizens is not racist.

You obviously are so crap that you couldn't get in on a Tier 1 ffs!!

so bugger off. I ( an unemployed IT programmer) don't need you here.

T1 needs substantial earnings beforehand requirement so OP would either have to be paid so much in India it's not worth moving, or earned on visa in another Western country, or earned in UK on PSW visa. All unlikely.

It's not easy you know, the routes in are mainly good people, or Brit-based Indian mates doing favours for Indian mates or, ICT, which helps no-one except UK plc...

    not necessarily.
there are plenty of "requests" just like that on professional forums, take linkedin.

As for the time difference - Indians are working in call centers and help desks for US so the timing is just about right IMO.

suspicious is the use of the words "Hi", "Thx" and "Please"
