Pro Bono Publico

As well as booming a nice 6th monther also doing a little website for a local charity, anyone got any experience of what I need in place for this kind of work, do I raise an invoice but for zero? I assume its best have some sort of contract in place for any on going support, even if again its gonna be on a zero cost model
