Very soon US will classify cyber attacks on its infrastucture as act of war - this means countries that don't give a tulip about their citizens doing it will have to accept responsibility for their actions or change their approach.
Meanwhile some guy who admitted guilt is still free by claiming he has got Aspengers and most likely using legal aid to avoid justice. His soul buddies really fooked him over now because with so many high profile hacks there will certainly be a flow of UK citizens going right to US and he'll soon join them.
