UK police is totally clueless about cybercrime, however FBI has been arresting those Russians pretty well so much as on some of their forums the opinion is now that fooking over Americans isn't worthwhile spending time in jail or never being able to leave Russia on a foreign trip.

Very soon US will classify cyber attacks on its infrastucture as act of war - this means countries that don't give a tulip about their citizens doing it will have to accept responsibility for their actions or change their approach.

Meanwhile some guy who admitted guilt is still free by claiming he has got Aspengers and most likely using legal aid to avoid justice. His soul buddies really fooked him over now because with so many high profile hacks there will certainly be a flow of UK citizens going right to US and he'll soon join them.

They probably think FBI will retain them as special agents, but FBI is way past it and it's the first guys who get taken who get some kind of deal if they can lead FBI to the rest.

I wonder if their UK lawyers try to claim they got Aspergers...

It's only every few years you hear of a big takedown such as the koobface mob, but there are dozens like them and the plod don't have the resources to respond. So they just go for the headlines and arrest the teenagers who are probably doing minimal harm in reality.

Anybody tried to claim that Tourette syndrome would make it suicidal to be in a US federal prison?

Makes more ****ing sense to me than ****ing Aspergers
