What annoys me is how you can't go in and download an old statement if you once received it on a paper statement.

I've been with HSBC for 15 years now for both personal and business banking without any issues. My anecdotal evidence on the other banks is based on friends and colleagues gripes with them.

I have been trying all day to view recent account transactions on the "new and improved" site. I have logged out and in (a tedious process in itself) several times without any difference.Tags: None
