Somehow, the real article has been misunderstood. This has nothing to do with terrorism.
The real story was scientists stating that the government and utilities still hadn't shown forethought for solar flares, strong ones can knock out satellites and electric grids like they did in Canada in the 90's.
Seems like you've been taken in by a misleading article so if a act of nature occurs, that thegives the filthy west chance to invade another country like Iran or Korea.
