The Falkland issue can easily be solved by either giving independence to the islands or by bringing them in as part as the UK and giving the islanders the vote and an MP in parliament. The French have done the latter to there ex-colonies and it works fine.

In the land of my fathers at the exit to every car park you see a sign that reads 'ALLAN' which is Welsh followed by the English translation which is 'OUT'.
