Useless fact of the day: the word Bovril is a contraction of Bovine and Vril (linky on Vril)

Keep it simple;
Std sized cup, 1 OXO cube and good pinch of black pepper (half a teaspoon of ketchup is an optional extra for those who like things a little sweet).
Mmmmmm.
Same goes for the above but with a good teaspoon of Marmite instead.

mmm Bovril
Ive been cutting down on me food lately.
so for the last week or so, its been no brekky, then a mug of bovril with a bit of bread while i watch the news at dinner time.
my bovril recipe.
get 1 big mug.
boil some water
squeeze a long string of bovril from the squeezy thing
add one oxo cube
a bit more bovril
add the water
stir with a spoon
stand for 15 seconds
watch news, dip bread and slurp
