    Slightly less than **** all.

    $0.60 each.

How many million do you have?

Xogg, old chap, these are esteemed customers we're talking about here.

    Protection?

    That'd be a first.

The other feckwhit (the non smoking one) is attempting to send RS232 via radio.

He doesn't seem to realise that you need Manchester encoding or something similar to actually do the job (because RS232 has a dc offset).

I may eventually give him a printout that hints at this.

    If I'm feeling benign.

    10's of k, I'd have thought.

If only for the gold inside them.

Unless you've got some Nixi tube driver chips.

    Which are quite valuable.

There's potential if you apply the right potential...

And of course, if you are incautious and connect it back to front...

Rather depends how you do it, I suspect.

Now, the PIC in the project has an absolute max voltage of about 7.5V.

    The maximum voltage is 5.5V.

A 6V lead acid will give about 6.9V when fully charged.

And of course, if you are incautious and connect it back to front...

    Anyway, he's buggered off now.

And so has the other feckwhit.

    and thrice

It really gets my goat that I'm supposed to do their projects for them.

Which part of "it's your project, you fecking fix it" is difficult to understand.

Sending smoke signals would be more useful than the non functional radio project.

    Oh.

I forgot that he's back feeding a 7805 regulator as well, I'll bet that smoked too.
