This is the latest suspicious death there that follows the trend ..

21 patients believed to have been killed by deliberately contaminated saline drips and they still don't know who is doing it... you would have thought that hidden cameras everywhere would have caught the killer but oh no .. mystery is still unsolved in what should be a relatively controlled and safe environment....
