Mine sends me a spreadsheet for their payment schedule. If you save it and open it in excel, you get a payment schedule. If you preview it in google docs, you get their VAT return for 2001 and the payment schedule.

We have had a great response to the invitation to our Unconscious Bias conference which is being held in London on 27 February. However we had feedback that quite a few people struggled to get sign off for the event in time to take advantage of the early bird discount.
