Yes that would be ideal. Start off with two inmates and see how long it takes for two to become one. If it takes too long add another.

I predict the population would never get into double figures but the fish would be well fed.

    Battle Rockall.

It can't be as good as the aussies make out or they wouldn't be over here working in the bars.

    You know, you're dead right.

This alone, IMHO, demonstrates that the British are by far the biggest nation of imbecilic f*ckwits ever. All those years ago, if we'd had any sense whatsoever, we'd have left the inmates here on this p*ssant little freezing cold island and we'd have buggered off to the sunny climes of Australia!

Maybe they should try somewhere a bit more bleak, like a small island way north of Scotland. Choosing somewhere full of deadly everything obviously wasn't bad enough.

Increase the number of places significantly without increasing staff (think super prisons) , isolate prisoners so they can't get drugs and have a loo in every cell so they don't have to hand out compensation. Plus as the new prisons go up some awful scrotes like this can enjoy the stay they so desperately need.

More high security prisons so real scum don't end up in open prisons.
