iPod Touch Gadgets

I have enrolled in a wellness centre in Swindon.

To listen to music while I exercies I have Ipod Touch - I have seen people with iPod sleeves that keep iPod secure while in process of exercising. I also believe these sleeves are intelligent and can keep you informed of heart rate and distance traveled and other such metrics.

Can somebosy please give me more information. Perhaps the name of these sleeves so I can look them up.
