They don't seem to have checked their data very well.
This incident took place in Larne at 1:50am on 18th December... and it was daylight.
Sure, on the other side of the planet it was daylight.

This incident took place on a C road in Salisbury at 11.09am on 26 February 2000. Two cars were involved. It was snowing and it was daylight.
I was on the way to a mate's stag do and was about to go past it just after it happened but another motorist who had already stopped directed me down an alternative road. I didn't know what had happened until later.
It was earlier in the day than that and it was not snowing.

This incident took place on the Axxx in County Durham at 11.32pm on 6 June 2009 One car was involved. It was snowing and there were high winds and it was dark.
