    Suity already had the playroom there, so probably not a great deal.

    A mate of mine got these guys in for his office. Had it fully soundproofed because he does music mixing as well, living roof and all cabled up.

    It looks good Suity. My only criticism would be what I presume is a loo door, would've been better off round the corner in the alcove which would've given you room for a bed along the wall behind the desk as an emergency put-you-up.

    But apart from that, jobs a good 'un.

    everyone put a few photos of their house (from different angles) on that web site and we can put some perspective on this
