    I was in the gym last night and thought exactly the same thing whilst killing myself on the running machine! In fact I was going to start a thread about it this morning. These guys spend so much of their time looking at themselves in the mirror-they must be deeply insecure.

    What about running stamina? Heart and lung capacity is the sine qua non of good health.

    I also like the fact that they seem to forget their legs. Ive noticed several with tanned (fake) rippling muscles on the upper body and splidly white lollypop stick legs.

    There was an interesting article in a magazine of how actually weights are very good for cardio-vascular purposes and I can see that actually many of the people who workout with weights have a general better cardio-vascularity.

    For me the heavybag is the right solution, anyway.
