A fun gym session last night…..

Needed a pot noodle once I got home.

Strictly Dancing is being filmed in my gym, so I got to see Robbie Savage dancing with the lovely Ola. A very good start to the evening.

Ended up in an abs class, got partnered with a stunning slim single blond lass – was lying down on the floor grabbing her ankles doing a leg raise exercise before swapping over, when she got to grab me and I was fun playing with her legs in exchange.

If Carlsberg did gyms……
