    Its what?

    I'll be doing a bit of a DIY curry, which is basically chillies, onions, balti paste, chicken and tin of tomatoes in the oven for an hour, plus rice and naan.

    I always chop up and fry the chillies and seeds for a couple of minutes, which gets the heat into everything. You'd probably call it medium hot.

    Curried mince. Hot (ish). And I suppose does look a bit like an Indian bolognese
    Oh, and I forgot to mention the spicy poppadoms. All cooked for me at home without me having to pick up the phone and suffer the disappointment of a failed delivery.
