Masters degree can be done in Bangalore.

If its the code they obfuscating then pick up a book on testing blackbox development, double your rate and advice the client you expect to be there long term.

Looking for a Masters degree in Obfuscation

Seeing as the Bobs on this project are all so bloody good at obfuscation, I'd like to learn a bit of it myself. Can anyone recommend a university that provides such education?
