About time too. The other week I cycled to client #2 site and the wx was CAKOK, I had summer gloves on and sleeveless bike T-shirt: my fingers froze, I couldn't feel my prostate, and the shower afterwards scalded my hypothermically challenged inner core. Brrrrrrrrr.

Interesting. Last week a guy from a energy company came to remove the gas meter in our building. Apparently the landlord had racked up a £15K bill and hadn't made a payment since Jan '09. Anyway, the guy removing the meter said - your lucky that it will be hot for the next few days.
Lucky for me, the part of the building I am in has its own separate gas supply and boiler. which works just fine.
