Hold the block on Apples money flow
Move it into HTC joint escrow
Court receiver, laughs Google and thrills
But in the end we just pay those

While the dinosaurs attack each other there's a small furry creature watching from a cave.

No-one knows this creature. No-one knows about its scribblings on the cave wall. Scribblings of a design so great it will free us all from the tyrannical beasts. A super killer application.

The furry creature could sense the time for the great uprising was drawing near. Just a while longer. Nearly there.

Suddenly the landlord of the cave was eaten by a dinosaur. The furry creature had to preserve his scribblings. He had to buy the cave.

The super killer application could wait, had to wait. The dinosaurs fought on.

From space a huge rock approached.

[The rest of the story is lost in time but it is thought that all perished by the impact of the huge rock. A book was written trying to reshape history so man wouldn't search for the cave of the super killer application. For its design is too great, too powerful. Anyone that saw the design would be consumed by it and become squirrel nut bonkers.]

    21 lawsuits so far:

Samsung-Apple patent lawsuit tally hits 21, and counting ? The Register

Apple and HTC are also suing each other. Google have given some of their patents (that they probably bought from someone else) to HTC to help them sue Apple.

Meanwhile Microsoft have successful extracted royalties from five different manufacturers of Android phones. And then there's Oracle trying to stop Google using Java in Android.

Methinks it's time to build Ark B.

Since we all have our own phones now I propose that the places formerly reserved for telephone sanitisers are filled with patent lawyers.

They should build the biggest baddest patent they have, then let them fight it out, winner takes all.

About the only real use these patents have.

That's why we need an iApp to keep track. Apple took Samsung to court to block their tablet. So Samsung are now suing Apple?

No wonder Jobs left the job. Leave the to the women.
