Even simpler explanation: It's a fake story.

Anyhow, back to 3D TV. I wouldn't be paying extra for the tech, but that's just my hunch.

Is 3D dead? This chart may hold the answer – www.liveforfilms.com

Maybe they'll try again in another 30 years when all the suckers have grown up and their kids think "oooh, that's an interesting idea".

There is nothing in that story that says the mother is incorrect.

It is possible that her husband is black or of black origin. He made a sperm donation and the mother used it while watching a porn movie.

    Sorted.

Probably not. Anyway if you are going to spend £699 for a TV you may as well pay to have a live show at home for a few evenings.

Or in your case, a small chip with a huge mainframe attached for additional comprehension processing.

Like I'd complain, the girl who lives next door is quite fit

    Yep.

BBC News - George Lucas to release Star Wars in 3D

At least older films converted to 3D won't have crappy scenes just for the 3D factor. Seen a few recently in their 2D version. Only Piranha 3D appeals, for two obvious reasons.

Dunno about cinema but I read about one TV which can track up to 9 (IIRC) people within the room and focus the images to each of them - which is amazing if it works.

In a cinema I suppose the fact people are sat in an orderly fashion means you could configure a screen to the seating pattern of the room, but I'm not up on the systems used enough to be certain.

Perhaps that has more to do with the premium they can charge for cinema tickets than any artistic sensibility.
