It's because the facilities are too good at HBOS, and most of the time everyone (myself included) hangs out at the in-house Starbucks ordering Lattes.
No wonder no work gets done...

Halifax problems....
Not sure if this has been posted previously but Halifax have been doing work over last weekend to integrate with Lloyds and its STILL going on.... Can only do limited transactions.... Phoned up to complain and they cant give a resolve date!!! Pretty poor for a bank with cash coming out of their backside.. Should have the cream of the cream PM's on this...
