I have a Kindle and the e-ink is brilliant. Only thing I'd replace it with would be a larger version (no DX in the UK ) so I could read PDFs easier without faffing around cropping them or converting to mobi format.
My main criteria for 'am I really interested in one of these tablets' is the screen resolution. Not many offer anything remarkably better than netbook resolutions, and they are tulipe. I know I bought one.
This ThinkPad's resolution of 1280x800 is probably borderline acceptable but would prefer a bit more than 800.
