on my current project we at one time had almost every continent represented, here's the league table in terms of competance

Australasia - all very good
US - very good but not as good as the kiwis/aussies
Africa - Pretty good if a bit lazy
Europe - Generally high standard yet UK and Eastern Bloc members have lowered the bar
India - One pretty good individual let down by 4 very bad

Perms vs Contractors

Perms win it by a country mile, the two other contractors are complete cowboys...
