I can get a 500g bag of seeds here for €2. They have all sorts, I usually buy the pistachios.

They also do free offers in metro occasionally.

Having seen the meagre portions you get and for what you pay, it really didn't grab me.

Client office is over a cornish pastie shop, its hell with the windows open, and they have just opened another Greggs, the closest thing to a salad round here is the lettuce leaf on a quarterpounder

I don't think people pay full price - everyone seems to be swapping vouchers.

I don't like nuts, or spicy stuff, so there's little that looks tempting.

i.e. the "1000 calorie sarnie range" , "500 calorie" pudding, "200" calorie bag of salt 'n' vinegar crisps

work out your daily intake required to lose weight and order accordingly

    This time next year Rodders....
Yep - don't think they're particularly low calorie.

To be honest, I like some healthy food, but I cant understand people that sit at their desks with rabbit food. There is nothing more uplifting than getting out of the office and grabbing a big meaty burger, always perks me up.

Tried the free offer. But it wasn't rabbit food - we got things covered in chocolate, olives, etc. Quite nice for free.
