If we reduce carbon, all the Chinese soot will freeze us to death. If we increase CO2, climate change will cause freezing winters in the northern hemisphere.

Only taxation can save us now.

    Gordon, where are you!

First we had Global Warming, but it became clear that temperatures were falling instead of rising, so it became Climate Change.

Now temperatures have become static, what do we have now?

    Climate Same.

Tax Carbon, otherwise the climate will be the same, and think what a mess that will leave mankind in.

You couldn't make this tulip up, except they do.

To find out if the slowdown could be explained, Robert Kaufmann of Boston University in Massachusetts and colleagues used a statistical model of the climate
Oh well that explains everything. Back to the drawing board DP, an "expert" has hold of a "statistical model" that clears all this nonsense of yours up!
Sheeeesh. For a moment there I thought we could all stop panicking!!

Wow that was lucky then. Shall we send our Carbon taxes to China so they can build more dirty cheap power stations and save the planet?

    Global Warming

Polar temperatures hit Buenos Aires - BuenosAiresHerald.com

A polar wave of low temperatures hit Argentina today as the thermometers considerably descended in what is expected to be one of the coldest winters of the decade, announced the National Meteorological Service (SMN) last week.
Low temperatures might even bring some snow to the capital and suburban areas, a rare event as the one registered in 2007 when the snow took porteños by surprise after 89 years without the phenomenon.

This morning, according to the National Meteorological Service, 13 provinces registered below zero Celsius temperatures. The coldest one was registered at around 7 am at Villa Reynolds, San Luis province, where thermometers hit - 8.6 below zero.

However, even though the northern hemisphere had record cold winters, and now the southern hemisphere has record cold winters, everywhere is getting much much much warmer, a public funded climate scientist was heard to say to a govt minister yesterday. Kerrchingggggggg. Nothing some more Carbon taxes cannot solve agreed the minister of taxation.
