    I have enjoyed the beer in London, Yesterday was a couple of hours walking then a beer or two repeated from noon till midnight. Never anything more than tipsy but when you add it up it comes to a hell of a unit intake over a day.

    10 mile run this morning and I was shattered after 2 miles.
